In my darkest moments...

Sometimes, in my darkest moments, I start to think: But, look around! People ARE stupid. They LIKE it, being ruled. They WANT to listen to some "big daddy" telling them what to do and how to behave. Maybe all those demagogues are right? Waht to do? If you tell them, waht is going on, they laugh at you and tell you're nuts. Let them run straight into their doom. Who cares?
